U.S. District Judge Marsha Pechman may be a hero or an enemy to Oklahoma City's NBA fans.
But we'll never know.
Because the suit between the city of Seattle and the Sonics was settled, Pechman's prepared ruling was never heard.
The Oklahoman left a message with the judge asking how she would've ruled had there not been a settlement, but Pechman replied through a law clerk that she would not answer that question, according to an Associated Press article.

Editor, Under the mentality Andres Saenz displayed in his letter last week, people would receive a bad service just because another could be worse. But, luckily, people do complain, and then change happens. Yes, students complained about the Aramark contract with the SUB, and UNM listened.

The Dark Knight" already has shattered box office records and will continue to do so quite deservedly. It is the best movie out of Hollywood so far this year, and it's probably one of the greatest superhero movies ever made. It's definitely one of the most interesting.

Editor, I miss all of the sushi and rice bowl food options that were offered at the SUB through Aramark's contract. I also miss all of the Odwalla soy milk drink options that were available to us under the previous campus food contract. Soy milk has more protein and calcium than regular bovine milk, and it tastes great.

According to BBC News, around 12,000 employees will be terminated, and most of the stores that will be closing have opened only in the past two years.
